Rahul Rajpurohit, a partner at SSR, is celebrated for his proficiency in handling complex domestic and international disputes, including high stakes litigation and arbitration. His practice spans commercial arbitration, contracts and tenders, environmental law, energy law (oil and gas), infrastructure disputes, admiralty law, consumer protection, and international trade law.

Rahul has appeared before the Supreme Court, multiple High Courts, and specialized tribunals like the NCLT and NCLAT. His experience includes advising and representing:

• Multinational oil & gas corporation in arbitration over USD 50 million.
• PSU contractual disputes worth INR 271 crore.
• Drafting contracts for global infrastructure projects.
• Shipping cargo disputes worth USD 20 million.
• Oil & gas arbitration on demurrage clauses.
• EPC arbitration involving INR 350 crore claims.

Rahul is the author of “Introduction to Marine Laws: An Indian Perspective”, a seminal contribution to marine legal scholarship in India.
