Shivam Singh is SSR’s founding partner. Singh began his career in 2013 after completing his B.A. LL.B. from NLSIU, Bangalore, and specialises in commercial dispute resolution.

Singh has appeared before the Supreme Court, Bombay, Madras, and Kolkata High Courts, as well as the NCLT and NCLAT.

Singh has advised:

• USD 200 million recovery claim for foreign bank.
• USD 150 million financing claim.
• Cargo claims aggregating USD 250 million.
• US EPC project in NCR – Delhi.
• Agriculture insurance scheme.
• SFIO investigations.
• Infrastructure arbitrations.

Before founding the firm, Singh worked at Zarir Bharucha and Associates.
