Yukti Anand is a dispute resolution specialist with over a decade of experience across commercial litigation, arbitration, and public law disputes. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and contractual matters, including disputes arising out of tenders, infrastructure projects, and public sector contracts.

Yukti advises and represents a broad spectrum of clients, including public sector undertakings, corporations, and private individuals, in domestic arbitration proceedings, court proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and writ litigation.

She has been regularly engaged in matters involving infrastructure and construction contracts, transportation and logistics, energy, and public procurement, and has acted in disputes for and against public authorities.
